My Name is Vicky Fytche. I moved to Leeds in 2017 to pursue my career within the Health and Wellness Industry. I’m Curtis, I’ve been involved with sport all my life, it started with kickboxing where I became a WKA world kickboxing champion and later on I started to play rugby league, which has seen me move from Cwmllynfell to brighouse as I currently play for Halifax Rlfc.
I have completed a sports coaching undergraduate degree at Leeds Beckett university & am current in the final year of a sport business masters.
I’m also in the process of completing my level 2 & 3 personal training course and will be looking to take on clients of all ages, gender & ability when I’m all finished.

Hi I’m Rebekah.
I’ve been working with MP Fit for a year and 4 months.
I also started training as a powerlifter/Olympic weightlifter at MP Fit 5 months before i got the job here. I have been in professional sport from the age of 13. At the age of 17 I went to the Olympics for weightlifting and came 10th out of hundreds of people. I am 4 times European record holder, second best in the world for my age. I am hoping to do the same in powerlifting as I did in my weightlifting career, I already hold the squat record in Britain which is 205kg, and got selected for the world powerlifting championships but unfortunately got postponed till June 2021.

I am one of the newest team members at MP Fit and I am a qualified level 2 gym instructor, currently working through my level 3 personal trainer. I am in my second year at Huddersfield university studying Exercise Science.

My name is Abby Muffitt, I am a new team member at MP Fit and will soon be qualified as a level 2 & 3 personal trainer.
I have always been into fitness, when I was younger I threw myself into any sport I could. I loved football and I loved to run; I became obsessed with wanting to push my body outside of its comfort zone.
At 16 I joined the gym for the first time and it was the best decision I have ever made. My goal was to gain weight and to feel comfortable in my own skin. By implementing weight training into my lifestyle and developing a great understanding in nutrition, I managed to double both my bodyweight and my confidence. I found different ways to challenge myself not only physically but also mentally. My aim to is support individuals better their relationships with food, exercise and most importantly themselves.
I focus on lifting people around me; lifting your mood and your energy. I want to educate people, giving them the tools needed to do it for themselves and help people find healthy and happy ways to feel amazing in their own skin and realise that they are stronger than they think.

I specialise and focus on combat sports for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. My involvement with martial arts began over 30 years ago first with training, competing and now completely focused on coaching. I’ve helped train British and European champions as well as helping those who wish to develop a skill set and improve fitness. I’ve coached people from day 1 with no experience to competing on an international platform. I continue with my own training to this day to develop as a coach from Brazilian Jiujitsu to boxing. I’m Adam, I’m a coach passionate about helping people achieve their goals of getting stronger, fitter and gaining muscle.

I became a personal trainer to support people on their health and fitness journey and to becoming the best version of themself, both physically and mentally. ➢ Own Training style :-
I love fighter style training due to my background in martial arts but I also love bodyweight training and circuit style weights training. I believe it is essential to be able to effectively move around your body weight as best as you can before adding weight to it.
I also train to compete in the Physique category of body building, so you need to make sure you have symmetry and balance in your overall look.
I have always tried to train this way naturally. I have always trained functionally. I built up to lots of explosive bodyweight power through callisthenics training … different variations of push ups and pull ups and muscle ups and also lots of jumping too.
More recently I have really got into my weight training workouts focussing on building size as well as detail onto my physique.
