I am 20 years old and a father to a beautiful daughter. I am approaching my second year here at MP fit Birstall. I have made huge progress learning from other instructors and members throughout my time so far here.
I have always had a passion for fitness and sport; mainly football. I was a former bradford city footballer after successfully gaining a two year scholarship when I was 16 and have played for several non league clubs.
I am enthusiastic and love instructing my classes here at MP Birstall with the big family here along with training my lovely clients.
My name is Phil Price I have been apart of the Mpfit team for over 4 years now leading to my 5th.
I have seen the gym change many ways and always for the better and it has been amazing to have been apart of MP fit gyms journey for the last 4 years.
MPfit took me on as an apprentice and through the help of the people within the gym I have learned and succeeded in my level 2 and level 3 qualifications, and learned so much from the trainers within the facility to help me build my own business and with the great support form Mpfit to give me the tools to help make a difference for people here
My passion is food, I love food and I understand the joy of food and a definite foodie so I aim to help everyone understand food and how we can maintain a good diet and make better choices while stille enjoying food. I recently qualified as a nutritional advisor, which gives me a lot more scope to help everyone with their dieting needs and you change your eating habits to better progress your training .
My goal is to help you improve your fitness and make life style changes that’s suits you.

I am a Personal Trainer Martial Artist/coach and Body Builder.
Health and fitness has always been a part of my life. I started Karate at 6, and never looked back.
Having started up my own business as a PT at 18 I have been in the industry before the wave or crave to become a PT began.
I believe my specialties are what make me different to everyone else.
I am extremely motivating!
I am very athletic and can do almost anything except fly…don’t tell my little boys that though as they still believe I am the actual superman!
I’ll go from deadlifting 200kgs to flipping tyres, climbing ropes, doing muscle ups and superman press-ups!
For the last 15 years
I have trained people from all walks of life achieve all types of goals. From gaining muscle mass, to fat loss, learning to fight, learning self defence, competitive sports athletes and body builders. Every shape, size, and ranging in ages from children to over 60s!
More recently I have opened a group training facility out of the MPFIT Birstall site, known as INTENSE specifically designed for fat loss and conditioning.
The atmosphere is exhilarating . Lots of team exercises and mini groups within a group. In my experience I have seen that this promotes people to stick at their training.
We have had some amazing results.
As well as group training I specialise in training performance contact sports athletes and conditioning body builders.
➢ Own Training style :-
I love fighter style training due to my background in martial arts but I also love bodyweight training and circuit style weights training. I believe it is essential to be able to effectively move around your body weight as best as you can before adding weight to it.
I also train to compete in the Physique category of body building, so you need to make sure you have symmetry and balance in your overall look.
I have always tried to train this way naturally. I have always trained functionally. I built up to lots of explosive bodyweight power through callisthenics training … different variations of push ups and pull ups and muscle ups and also lots of jumping too.
More recently I have really got into my weight training workouts focussing on building size as well as detail onto my physique.

I am the newest team member at MP Fit and newly qualified PT of level 2 and level 3 personal training.
I became a personal trainer to support people on their health and fitness journey and to becoming the best version of themself, both physically and mentally. I have personally suffered from mental health which is what really pushed me to want to help people grow to be a stronger version of themself.

My Name is Vicky Fytche. I moved to Leeds in 2017 to pursue my career within the Health and Wellness Industry. I do not class myself a ‘body transformation specialist’ when it comes to personal training, my aim is to transform peoples mindset, introduce positive psychology, and improve mental wellbeing.
I dedicate the majority of my days to traveling the country delivering half day and full day workshops to individuals, companies and organisations, to be the best version of themselves they can be. The topics are based on physical wellbeing, but mainly mental/psychological wellbeing.

I have been apart of the Mpfit team for almost 2 years now, starting out as a group exercise instructor across both Birstall and Brighouse gyms (where you will still find me teaching on a regular basis) before moving my Personal Training business to the gym. I am a Level 4 Qualified PT covering gym instruction, personal training and obesity and diabetes.
I love working with my clients on their individual goals and i ensure all my sessions are tailored to their individual abilities and needs, ensuring that they are supported and educated along the way! Most importantly making sure they enjoy their training and develop healthy habits and positive lifestyle changes.

As a former PE teacher with a BSc First Class Honours Degree in Physical Education I bring my knowledge, education and professionalism to my PT role, ensuring that you are constantly learning, that you stay motivated for results and provide the answer to your fitness and health goals. I regularly compete on stage as a physique athlete and fitness model competitor, holding pro status with two federations. My training style is adapted with each client, I’m not a one trick pony, I will show you how effective just using your bodyweight can be. If muscle building is your goal, I will provide you with the fundamental resistance exercises to pack size on, fitness is the goal then we will test that with a HIIT session.

From a young age I have always pursued elite level performance. After playing professional rugby from the age of 16 sport has always been my main passion. Alongside my athletic interests I made the decision to educate myself on the theory behind exercise performance, as a result I know hold a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Masters in Sports Physiology. My main areas of study were sports nutrition, exercise and muscular metabolism and biomechanics. Alongside my degree I also became a lead strength and conditioning intern working with a range of professional sports clubs and individual athletes.
A string of severe injuries forced me to retire from rugby and as a result I pursued other outlets…. my new passion now lies within strength sports where I have become an international level Powerlifter.

And with a commitment to continual development as a coach and trainer, with influences such as; Mark Rippetoe, Jim Wendler, Mark Bell, Paul Check, Gary Taubes and Geoff Thompson, Nick strives to better not only himself, but all those he helps.
